Agents join the work
People and approved agents need relevant context before they act.
Usable Sp/f helps organisations turn what they learn into shared memory that people and approved AI can build on—across tools and models.
Agents are entering everyday workflows, but each one starts without the context the organisation already earned.
People and approved agents need relevant context before they act.
The interface can change without forcing the organisation to rebuild its memory.
Workspace, role, citation, review, and lifecycle controls keep reuse accountable.
When we founded Flowcore, we were solving a specific technical problem: how to build event-driven data infrastructure that could handle enterprise-scale requirements. We succeeded. Our platform powers real-world systems managing critical data flows for customers across sectors.
As organisations deploy AI agents, the same gap keeps appearing: agents do not arrive with context from the organisation.
Every new colleague, copilot, agent, or model must otherwise relearn decisions, procedures, evidence, and lessons the organisation already earned.
This is not only a model problem. Models and tools change; organisational learning should remain available under the control of the organisation.
We built Usable on Flowcore as a governed memory layer for people and AI: preserve durable learning, fetch live truth, and capture reviewed lessons for the next task.
Usable Sp/f comprises three complementary offerings, each serving different needs in the AI and data ecosystem:
Organisational memory for teams building with AI. A governed place for workspaces, fragments, standards, runbooks, and solution writeback.
Event storage and processing platform. A flexible and scalable event-first data platform for those building applications that enables rapid iterations.
Note: The Usable platform is built on Flowcore infrastructure, leveraging its powerful event storage and processing capabilities.
AI and data consultancy services. Helping small and large organizations build AI agents, migrate data, set up dashboards, create mobile applications, and implement systems with AI and/or data components.
Making AI tools more useful through better organisational memory. We give teams production-grade knowledge infrastructure for staff, developers, DevOps teams, and customer-facing assistants without forcing each team to build its own memory stack.
Every AI agent should have access to shared, persistent knowledge. Every team building agents should be able to focus on their core product, not on building and maintaining knowledge infrastructure.
Our three offerings work together to provide a complete solution:
Together, we're building the infrastructure that makes AI tools useful in production: not just impressive demos, but tools teams can rely on.
