Subscription Terms

1. Scope and supplier

These Subscription Terms apply when a customer purchases or changes a paid Usable subscription. They supplement our Terms of Service. The Service is supplied digitally by Usable Sp/f, Vestara Bryggja 15, 100 Tórshavn, Faroe Islands.

2. The subscription offer

Before a customer confirms a purchase, checkout identifies the service as an Usable Standard or Pro subscription, the subscription start date, the subscription period, the recurring amount and currency, the billing interval and frequency, any amount due immediately, and any included allowance or measured-usage rate that applies. Those displayed offer details form part of the subscription agreement.

Usable currently offers monthly and annual subscription periods. The selected interval is shown at checkout. Organisation subscriptions may also show the seat quantity used to calculate the recurring charge.

3. Start, payment, and renewal

The start date shown at checkout is the date from which the paid subscription and recurring billing period begin. Unless checkout states otherwise, paid access starts after the payment provider confirms the first payment or payment method.

The subscription renews automatically for another period of the same length, and the recurring amount shown at checkout is charged at the displayed monthly or annual frequency, until the subscription is cancelled or changed. Taxes, discounts, prorated amounts, and measured usage are shown separately where applicable.

4. Checkout consent

A paid purchase cannot be submitted until the customer separately accepts both the Trading Terms and these Subscription Terms using the two linked checkout checkboxes. Usable records the policy identifiers and the time of acceptance for the purchase attempt.

5. Cancellation

To cancel a paid subscription, sign in at usable.dev/dashboard/billing, scroll to Available tiers, select Free, choose Downgrade, review the cancellation summary, and press Confirm Switch. You may also email usable@usable.dev or call +298 556 600 and ask customer service to cancel for you.

Cancellation takes effect immediately: automatic renewal stops, paid features and allowances end, and the account moves to the Free tier. Unused time is not refunded except where mandatory law, checkout, or a separate written agreement requires otherwise.

6. Plan changes

Checkout displays the new service, start date, period, recurring charge, frequency, and any immediate or prorated amount before a paid plan change is confirmed. A change to a paid offer requires fresh acceptance of the two checkout terms. Moving to Free is treated as cancellation under section 5.

7. Refunds and digital delivery

Subscriptions are delivered through the customer’s online account; no physical goods are shipped. Refund eligibility, duplicate or incorrect charges, failed delivery, and request instructions are described in our Refund & Digital Fulfillment Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
